The functions and powers of the General Assembly are:
1) To formulate and amend the Statutes;
2) To elect and recall the members of the Council;
3) To review the work report and the financial report of the Council;
4) To make decisions on all important issues related to the association;
5) To determine the issue related to the termination of the association.
Presence of at least two-thirds of the total members is required to convene the General Assembly, and the adoption of resolutions shall require at least a majority of over two-thirds of the votes cast to be in favor the resolution.
The General Assembly shall meet every four years. To hold the General Assembly before or after its normally scheduled date shall be subject to the approval of the Standing Committee of the Council and should be put on file at the registration agency.
